What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, nursing workflows, and health informatics scenarios for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Apply your EHR experience (Epic, Cerner, etc.) to assess how well AI systems understand clinical documentation and data workflows
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs related to nursing practice and health IT
• Translate complex clinical concepts into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI teams improve model performance
• Review and annotate health-related data with precision, drawing on your knowledge of clinical processes and patient care standards
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on healthcare experience
• Familiar with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong analytical thinker who can evaluate information critically and communicate findings clearly
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
• Passionate about healthcare quality and excited by the potential of AI in medicine

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Background in data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models (no prior AI experience required)
