At Dicker Data, we're committed to delivering value-added services that help businesses scale & compete. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, assisting to ensure seamless customer journeys & optimising our HubSpot platform.

The Role

• Manage the Marketing Requests inbox, triaging requests, prioritising tasks, aligning with business goals, & ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Build & coordinate campaigns in HubSpot, including eDMs, landing pages, microsites, lists & workflows, ensuring data-driven customer journeys.
• Support HubSpot use & optimisation for New Zealand, aligning with the Australian marketing team to enhance marketing strategies & execution.
• Contribute to marketing automation & digital workflow improvements, seeking opportunities to reduce manual effort & enhance consistency.
• Asist with campaign reporting & performance analysis across HubSpot & other platforms, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan & execute social media marketing activities, supporting campaign amplification, audience engagement, & brand consistency across platforms.
• Improve workflow efficiency between Business Units & the Design Team, ensuring seamless collaboration & timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives & drive measurable results.

What You'll Bring

• A tertiary degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
• An agile, solutions-focused mindset
• Advanced verbal communication & written skills for media releases
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong teamwork skills and a resourceful approach
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront & Creative Suite
• Base-line knowledge of social media platforms
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
