An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering complex technology initiatives across a large, enterprise environment.

About The Role

Working across business and technology teams, you'll take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring technology investments are scalable, secure, resilient and aligned to long-term strategic objectives. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to design solutions spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking, integration and security.

Responsibilities

This is a highly influential role where you'll help shape technology direction while ensuring projects are delivered in line with architectural standards and governance. You'll be responsible for:

• Designing end-to-end technology solutions across applications, cloud, infrastructure, networking and integration.
• Translating business requirements into practical, scalable architecture.
• Leading solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Reviewing and assure designs produced by vendors and project teams.
• Driving architecture governance, standards and best practice across multiple programmes.
• Identifying technology risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and future-state architecture.

About You

You'll Be a Seasoned Solutions Architect Who Enjoys Solving Complex Technical Challenges While Communicating Confidently With Stakeholders At Every Level Of The Organisation. You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience across infrastructure, systems, networking, software or cloud technologies.
• At least 5 years' experience in enterprise Solution Architecture.
• Proven success designing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, infrastructure, security and systems integration.
• Experience with APIs, integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience working with vendors and leading technical design discussions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
