About the Role
We’re looking for Part-Time community support workers who are ready to make a genuine impact. In this role, you'll support people as they explore their community, discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and work toward personal goals. Make a real difference in someone’s life every day — no two days are the same. Join a supportive team, earn while you learn, and build a meaningful career in disability support.
In this role, you will:
Support people in the community as they set and achieve personal goals
Encourage participation in daily life and community activities
Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building
Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope
Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress
And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!
This role requires flexibility to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, positive approach, even when things get challenging
A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed
A full driver’s licence and basic computer skills
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 4 Health & Wellbeing) — or willingness to work toward one once you’re on board
The right to work in New Zealand (essential)

$26.80 - $31.47 per, hour based on qualification
