Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school with a roll of up to 24,000 ākonga (students) at any point of time. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including to young adult and adult learners.
Our ākonga are at the centre of all we do.

The Project Manager - Student Journey supports the Programme Manager Learning Delivery and the Learning Delivery Leadership team in the continuous development of all areas of Student Journey, including the Onboarding Tool and Engagement Tool , by providing subject matter expertise, advice and coordination of across school initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone With
- a broad range of in-depth knowledge of Te Kura, its people and its systems
- an understanding of looking for end to end processes and solution focused approach to mahi
- established relationships across wāhanga
- experience and understanding of our approach to engaging ākonga, including enrolment and onboarding
- experience of working with partner organisations, including the Ministry of Education
- the ability to be planned and flexible, and to respond to emerging issues.
