Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity
As Project Manager - Planned Programmes, you’ll work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to contract and deliver planned programmes of work across the country. These may include exterior painting, re-roofing, refurbishment and other property maintenance or minor capital upgrade projects.
You’ll manage multiple projects concurrently, applying project management principles to ensure delivery within agreed compliance, timeframe, quality and financial parameters. This will include contractor management, reporting, budget control, risk management, consenting processes and engagement with architects, engineers, Councils and other stakeholders.
Your experience in property maintenance or refurbishment , together with your ability to understand maintenance reports, engineering reports and designs, will support successful delivery of your portfolio.

There is strong preference for this role to be based in Auckland (Newmarket office) or Wellington (Waterloo Quay office), however we are open to considering applicants residing outside these regions depending on their level of experience, capability and attributes.
Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu - What You Will Bring
- Up to date recognised Project Management certification e.g. Prince2
- You'll have at least 5 years of proven project management experience gained in the residential property maintenance industries
- Demonstrated experience with reading architectural designs, engineers report and procurement.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation
- A track record of effective engagement with stakeholders, contractors and colleagues, to ensure priorities are communicated clearly and deadlines are achieved
- Desire and resilience to work in a complex and constantly changing environment
- Sound understanding of all legislative requirements within NZS3604
- Current, full clean New Zealand Driver's Licence
