We’re looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants who can build and deliver meaningful outcomes. Whether your background is in construction, corporate, IT, or another sector, your ability to generate results and build relationships is what matters most.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for building and growing your own client portfolio, winning new business, and developing long-term relationships. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across both temporary and permanent placements, while supporting clients and candidates through uncertain market conditions. Ultimately, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, running it as if it were your own business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales and business development
- Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (temp or perm)
- Someone who is self-driven, accountable, and commercially sharp
- Confident communicator who can operate at all levels
- Full or restricted driver’s licence
