About the opportunity
The Head of Quality (Global) is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Enatel’s end-to-end quality strategy across a rapidly expanding global business.
Partnering closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key functional leaders, this role ensures quality is not just assured, but embedded upstream in how we design, build, and deliver our products and services.
You will lead the development of a scalable global Quality Management System (QMS), strengthen governance and assurance, and build the capability and culture required to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers across multiple regions.
This is an opportunity to influence at enterprise level, balancing strategic leadership with pragmatic execution to drive continuous improvement, customer confidence, and operational excellence.
- Shape and lead Enatel’s global quality strategy and operating model, ensuring quality is embedded across the full value chain
- Establish and scale a global Quality Management System (QMS) with clear governance, accountability, and decision-making frameworks
- Embed quality upstream into engineering, operations, and supply chain decisions, particularly across product development and change control
- Drive enterprise-wide quality performance, using KPIs and leading indicators to proactively manage risk and reduce cost of poor quality
- Partner with senior leaders to support product launches, customer requirements, and global market expansion through effective quality planning
- Build and develop a high-performing global quality function and culture, lifting capability and enabling consistent execution across regions

About you
You’re an experienced quality leader who can operate confidently across both strategic and operational levels, with a track record of turning quality strategy into practical, consistent execution in a complex, global environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading quality at scale within manufacturing, engineering, or similarly complex, multi-site environments
- Proven success designing and embedding global QMS frameworks that enable consistency, clarity, and accountability across regions
- Strong capability to influence and challenge senior leaders, ensuring quality is embedded in core business decisions, not treated as a downstream function
- A track record of lifting quality performance through data, governance, and proactive risk management, not just reactive issue resolution
- Experience partnering across engineering, operations, and supply chain to embed quality upstream into design, sourcing, and delivery decisions
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, lifting capability and enabling consistent execution across global or regional structures
- The judgement to balance governance, control, and scalability, enabling the business to grow without compromising quality
