This role plays a critical part in supporting our growth through both new and existing Schemes and Facilities partnerships. You will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, coordinating the onboarding of new schemes end-to-end, and ensuring strong governance and oversight across our Schemes portfolio.

Working across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll help drive profitable growth, deliver quality scheme propositions and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key Scheme and Facility partners, including brokers, agencies and co-insurers.
  • Support the development and implementation of growth strategies across existing Schemes and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely all areas of the business to deliver successful scheme outcomes.
  • Manage Scheme and Facility contracts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organisational obligations.
  • Support the ongoing governance, management and performance monitoring of existing Schemes and Facilities.
  • Analyse market trends and insights to identify opportunities for growth, product enhancement, and improved customer outcomes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Scheme risk and control frameworks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and Scheme management practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-8 years' experience within the insurance industry.
  • Previous experience onboarding, governing, or managing Schemes and Facilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the general insurance market, products, underwriting, and distribution channels.
  • Proven relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across a broad stakeholder network.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and delivering organisational change initiatives.
  • Experience in contract management, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
