The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Structural Engineer to take on a new position based in Wellington. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position where you will play a key part in delivering structural projects while also growing and mentoring a small team.

You will work across a varied portfolio including residential developments, low rise commercial buildings, retaining structures and government projects. This is a client facing role where you will help strengthen and develop key relationships across the region.

Role Requirements

• CPEng Structural Engineer
• Experience in residential, low rise commercial, and govt projects
• Strong communication skills with proven client facing experience
• Ability to be a design lead and mentor a small team of engineers
• Interest in contributing to business growth and client relationships
