Digital Learning, Growth & Innovation Manager

Industry Training Solutions Ltd is looking for a practical, commercially minded Digital Learning, Growth & Innovation Manager to help lead our next stage of digital training growth.

This is a new full-time role focused on digital course growth, Shopify optimisation, HubSpot campaigns, AI and automation implementation, systems improvement, digital learning enhancement, adult education support, and scalable live-online/employer training pathways.

You will help make ITS courses easier to find, easier to book, easier to scale and stronger for adult learners.

This is not a general administration role. It is a specialist growth, innovation and capability role with weekly and monthly SLT reporting.

You will be responsible for:

• improving Shopify course pages and booking pathways
• planning and reporting on digital campaigns
• using HubSpot or CRM systems to support lead re-engagement
• supporting national employer and live-online training growth
• implementing AI and automation workflows across ITS
• improving workflow between Shopify, HubSpot, SELMA, Cloud Assess and Outlook
• supporting digital learner resources, quizzes, guides, scenarios and adult learning support
• training staff in digital tools, AI and workflow improvements
• reporting on conversion, campaign performance, employer leads and digital growth KPIs

You will bring:

• digital marketing, e-commerce or online customer journey experience
• HubSpot, CRM, Shopify, website or systems improvement experience
• practical AI and automation capability
• strong written communication
• confidence with data and performance reporting
• adult education, workplace training, vocational education or learner-centred training experience
• ability to work independently and turn ideas into completed work
