We have experience across the whole spectrum of land development, and work from the

initial topo survey to the Section 224c completion.

We have completed a lot of subdivision planning reports, and our clients have looked to us

to help them through the whole subdivision process.

• A keen and experienced graduate, experienced technician or LCS who will work for us for a 3-year period, and then take over the business.
• Must have good NZ survey experience & knowledge, can use the Leica total station and Magnet survey office software.
• Hardworking & be able to work unsupervised.
• Special terms with respect to employment.
• NO INVESTMENT REQUIRED OTHER THAN YOUR TIME.
• I can stay on after this as a business mentor or person with LCS qualifications to sign off LINZ plans and Auckland Council certificates.
• If you are looking to get your LCS, I am willing to help you.
• Take this existing business in your direction, either expand or keep at its current profitable level.
