About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a People & Culture Consultant (aka Senior Client Partner).

In this role, you’ll advise clients across the employee lifecycle to enable them to build sustained performance across their organisation.

You’ll act as a trusted strategic sounding board to C-suites, Boards, and senior leaders, providing expertise in:

• People strategy and organisational design
• Change management
• Culture and employee experience
• Core P&C foundations

You’ll build deep relationships, strengthen capability, and deliver exceptional results - all while representing our brand, shaping thought leadership, and helping make Humankind an even greater place to work.

This is a fast-paced, varied and innovative role - ideal for someone who thinks beyond the HR box and loves crafting innovative solutions that truly make a difference.

• Strong P&C and ER foundations (either through a P&C role, or as a people leader).

• Natural mentoring and coaching skills, with team members and clients alike.
• A proactive mindset - you thrive at pace and are always spotting the next opportunity to add value.
• A collaborative, curious approach to problem-solving.
• Bonus points if you’ve already cut your teeth in consulting, but if you haven’t, we can support your growth to ensure you are quickly set up for success.
