This role can be based in any of our central locations- Palmerston North, Napier, Rotorua, Wellington.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Service Advisor, you’re the vital link between our customers and our service teams — the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Own every customer interaction from first contact to final follow-up
• Keep customers informed with clear, accurate, and timely communication
• Open, manage, and close service calls like a pro
• Keep schedules updated and work flowing efficiently
• Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) to hit team targets
• Ensure timelines, KPIs, and service standards are consistently met
• Prepare and manage quotes and invoices with precision
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Admin teams to get the job done

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with quotes and invoicing
• Understanding of service operations
• A background working with customers and building relationships
• Knowledge of construction or earthmoving industries ideal
