About The Role

You will be responsible for building and growing a temporary healthcare recruitment desk, working alongside a highly successful permanent healthcare consultant. Leveraging existing client relationships, you will support workforce continuity across hospitals, aged care and community services while developing your own specialist temp market.

Duties

• Build and grow a temporary healthcare recruitment desk
• Work alongside a successful permanent healthcare consultant
• Supply temporary staff into healthcare environments
• Coordinate bookings, rosters and workforce availability
• Ensure compliance, credentialing and aftercare standards

Skills & Experience

• Recruitment or healthcare sector experience preferred
• Strong organisation and desk‑building capability
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Confident communicator in fast‑paced environments
• Values‑led, relationship‑focused approach
