A full time and varied role providing best practice clinical support, mentoring, education and advocacy to improve the health outcomes of a vulnerable population through combining clinical knowledge, assessment skills and person-centred service.

As a Health Advisor you will deliver high quality and holistic healthcare with the support of an inter-professional, experienced team who are committed and motivated to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service.

Requirements For The Role Are

• New Zealand (NZ) Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
• A minimum of one year post-graduation working full time in a NZ healthcare setting
• Dedicated to the provision of best practice and safe clinical care and services to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations
• Ability to travel to appointments within north island
