WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Game Masters are responsible for safely guiding customers through our VR experiences and services with great energy and professionalism to ensure a smooth and awesome gaming experience.

Welcoming customers, signing them in, suiting-up and suiting-down players (while having fun with the customers - fun is paramount);

Conducting player game and safety briefings;

Monitoring in-game sessions and operate controls to assist in customer experience;

Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with any questions;

Provide debriefing, photograph opportunities and general advice or feedback after the experience;

Maintaining clean and sanitized VR equipment;

Identifying, general troubleshooting and recording technical issues;

Opening and closing the venue;

Taking electronic payments;

Tidying the venue at the completion of your shift.

This role is 85% a customer facing role and 15% working with the technology. All need to know trouble-shooting training is provided.

DO YOU HAVE?

At least 1 year of customer service experience working with customers?

Confidence speaking and presenting to groups?

The ability to manage excited customers?

A friendly and outgoing personality?

Reliability and excellent time-management skills?

Please note: This is a casual position and hours will vary depending on demand.
