The role

This is not a traditional creative production role. As our Creative Systems Lead, you’ll be hands-on creating high-quality content, taking briefs from concept and ideation through to shooting, editing, motion graphics and final delivery. But you’ll also help transform the way we create.

You’ll lead our adoption of AI-powered creative production, creative intelligence, automation and Dynamic Creative Optimisation, developing new ways to create, adapt and optimise content using audience, context, behaviour, media and performance signals.

Working alongside our Creative and Production Director, Co:Lab team and our media and customer teams, you’ll think beyond individual campaign assets and build creative systems: ideas that can flex across audiences, platforms and moments, evolve once they are live and improve through performance data.

And importantly, you’ll still make things. A lot.

What you’ll bring to Team Together

We’re looking for someone with around 4-6 years' experience across creative content, social media and digital production, with a strong portfolio of work and the ability to take an idea all the way through to execution.

What you should bring:

• Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn a brief into an engaging visual or content idea.
• Hands-on shooting, filming and editing skills, particularly short-form video across TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• End-to-end production craft across framing, lighting, audio, talent direction, editing, grading and motion graphics.
• Confidence creating with everything from a phone through to professional camera equipment.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva.
• A strong understanding of social platforms, formats, trends and what makes content feel genuinely native to each environment.
• An understanding of social analytics and how paid and organic creative performs differently.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI-assisted creative, editing, ideation or emerging production technology.
• The ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects and turn ideas into finished content without losing attention to craft.
• Confidence working with clients and explaining creative and technical ideas simply.

Location

This role is based in our waterfront office in Westhaven, Auckland.
