Deliver Projects That Matter

Infrastructure Advisory | Advisor to Director | Auckland

About ConnellGriffin

ConnellGriffin is a specialist infrastructure advisory firm of c.200 people across Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth. We work alongside government and private sector clients to shape, procure and deliver the infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

As a focused, independent firm, our people work directly with clients and senior decision-makers on some of Australasia’s most significant projects - combining strategic thinking with practical delivery experience to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.

As our Auckland team continues to grow, we are seeking experienced infrastructure professionals to join us.

The Opportunity

Our Auckland office is newly established, and you will be one of its founding members, backed by an established Australian firm. We are already supporting New Zealand clients across a range of asset classes, on projects that will shape how people live, work and connect. As the office grows, you will help build the practice, shaping our strategy, culture and reputation.

We want ConnellGriffin to be a place where talented people can do great work and have a genuine voice in the opportunities they pursue and how their career develops. We are collaborative by nature, deliberately low on hierarchy, and believe our best work comes from bringing different perspectives and experiences to the table.

We are hiring across our Advisor, Senior Advisor, Executive Advisor, and Director levels. You may have experience in infrastructure advisory, strategy and planning, business cases, transaction/procurement management, project delivery, commercial management, or asset operations. Your experience might come from consulting, government, engineering, construction, asset-owner organisations, or a combination of these. If you are motivated by infrastructure and the outcomes it delivers, we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in various facets of infrastructure advisory including project development, commercial advisory, transaction/procurement management, project delivery, or asset operations.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
  • The credibility to build trust quickly with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • A track record of contributing to high-performing teams.
  • Motivation to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Why ConnellGriffin?

At ConnellGriffin, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on landmark projects that create lasting value for the communities they serve.
  • Learn directly from experienced infrastructure specialists across Australia and New Zealand - without the layers of a large consultancy.
  • Develop your career through challenging project opportunities and a transparent progression framework.
  • Access competitive remuneration and flexible working arrangements, shaped around the needs of your clients and projects.
  • Join a people-focused culture - certified as a Great Place to Work, with 93% of our people rating ConnellGriffin a great place to work.
