The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology and Delivery team in Auckland. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you’ll connect the business, Technology, vendors and partners. You’ll bring expertise across system architecture, infrastructure, APIs, endpoints and integrations to support incident resolution, partner onboarding, enhancements and process improvements within an insurance environment.

Your new role
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors and partners to gather requirements, enhance business capabilities and support organisational growth through project implementation. You’ll lead analysis activities, support the triage of production issues and facilitate discussions to help deliver change within an Agile framework. Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a subject matter expert across connected partner solutions, APIs, endpoints and integration requirements.
- Support the triage and resolution of production issues, working closely with internal teams, vendors and users to help achieve effective outcomes.
- Support onboarding of new partners, including requirements, documentation, testing support and operational readiness.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums, guiding discussions and clarifying decisions, risks and next steps.
- Promote continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working to boost performance and efficiency.

About You
You’re a clear communicator with experience in project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You may bring:
- Experience in a technology services environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Understanding of APIs, endpoints, integrations and connected partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps, Jira and Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled ways of working.
- Experience facilitating workshops and guiding discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, change management, vendor support and production issue triage.
