We’re a team of trusted business advisors who work closely with clients to build strong, long-term relationships and deliver meaningful outcomes. We’re looking for a Director to join our Consulting team in Pōneke / Wellington.

Your day-to-day could include:

Leading complex client engagements from planning through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and trusted relationships.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs, assess opportunities and design practical, effective solutions.
Leading and coaching project teams, including providing guidance through ambiguity, on-the-job development and constructive feedback.
Applying your understanding of business models, industries and best practice to shape thoughtful solutions to complex challenges.
Building strong internal and external networks, aligning people around clear goals and contributing to the direction of your Business Unit.

Experience working with clients to understand requirements, deliver outcomes and support the design and delivery of complex projects.
Confidence providing specialist technical expertise on customer projects, including as part of client-facing project teams.
A proactive approach to improving how work is delivered, including simplifying, streamlining and automating processes where appropriate.
Strong understanding of business concepts, with curiosity to keep building your expertise.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues and recommendations in a focused way.
Commercial curiosity and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
