We’re looking for a Director to join our Consulting team in Pōneke / Wellington.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Leading complex client engagements from planning through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and trusted relationships.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs, assess opportunities and design practical, effective solutions.
  • Leading and coaching project teams, including providing guidance through ambiguity, on-the-job development and constructive feedback.
  • Applying your understanding of business models, industries and best practice to shape thoughtful solutions to complex challenges.
  • Building strong internal and external networks, aligning people around clear goals and contributing to the direction of your Business Unit.

  • Experience working with clients to understand requirements, deliver outcomes and support the design and delivery of complex projects.
  • Confidence providing specialist technical expertise on customer projects, including as part of client-facing project teams.
  • A proactive approach to improving how work is delivered, including simplifying, streamlining and automating processes where appropriate.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, with curiosity to keep building your expertise.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues and recommendations in a focused way.
  • Commercial curiosity and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
