We have a need for dedicated front desk coverage during the week at Cromwell Pool. This role is the first point of contact for patrons, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-2:45pm, and plays a key part in delivering a warm, professional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Services Aquatics Job Description

  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all customers
  • Assist patrons with enquiries about aquatic programmes, memberships, and facility services
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other transactions in line with financial procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and customer interactions
  • Support retail stock control, including stocktakes and ordering
  • Work closely with Pool Crew, swim teachers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Reports to the Aquatics Operations Manager

About you

  • A high level of customer engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one within four weeks of employment
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented, with a positive attitude and sense of initiative
