About the role
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced SharePoint/0365 Administrator to manage our SharePoint/Teams/O365 environment.
You will manage and administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites and collections, with a strong focus on supporting MCERT migration projects. This may include coordinating content migrations, assisting with information architecture and governance, supporting user adoption, and contributing to the successful delivery of our modern workplace and intranet transformation initiatives.
You will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will use your technical expertise to drive seamless collaboration, enhance information management practices, and deliver innovative solutions that improve business outcomes.
A key focus of the role will be to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and look at new ways of doing things.

- a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
- previous experience as a SharePoint administrator
- extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power Automate, Azure and Office 365
- knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks, as well as information records management
- superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines in a in a fast paced, complex environment.
Salary range
Salary range for this role is $92,519 - $112,138 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
