About Gallagher
We’re building technology that protects what matters most. From securing some of the world's most valuable assets to helping farmers care for millions of animals, our solutions are trusted in more than 160 countries.
Our Digital Business Technology team supports employees across multiple countries and business units, delivering the systems, applications and services that keep the business running.
Behind every successful technology platform is effective ownership, governance and commercial management.
That's where you come in.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused coordinator to work across technology, procurement and the wider business.
As our Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator, you'll take day-to-day ownership of Gallagher's software renewals, licensing administration, purchasing and software asset records across a broad portfolio of applications.
You'll work with stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to keep licence entitlements, renewal decisions, quotes, approvals and purchasing records accurate and audit-ready. You'll also analyse data to spot opportunities to improve processes and reduce unnecessary spend.
You don't need to be a technology expert or a licensing specialist, but you do need to be comfortable working with detailed information, managing deadlines, questioning discrepancies and following work through to completion.
You might come from procurement, purchasing, office or operations coordination, contract administration, software licensing or a similar corporate environment.
The Fit
You're someone who likes having things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're comfortable juggling deadlines, following up with people and working through detail to get things done.
You're someone who’s always one step ahead, and you’re also confident enough to ask questions, spot when something doesn't look right and suggest a better way of doing things.
You'll Bring
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Confidence communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Confidence using Excel and learning new systems
- A practical, proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
Your ability to learn the subject matter, work confidently with systems and data, and build good relationships will be just as important as your previous experience.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the role may be filled before the closing date.
