The Role

Due to continued project growth, an opportunity has become available for an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technician to join the team in either Auckland or Christchurch.

This position will see you working on a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects from detailed design through to construction documentation and delivery. You will play a key role in solving complex technical challenges, coordinating project information, and ensuring documentation is delivered to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable technician who enjoys working on technically demanding projects and wants to be involved in work that shapes communities and infrastructure across NZ.

Role Requirements

  • Intermediate to Senior level Architectural Technician experience
  • Advanced proficiency using Revit
  • Proven experience working on large-scale, complex projects
  • Background delivering commercial, government, civic and infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of the NZ Building Code and relevant compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead / support and deliver projects independently through all technical stages
  • Experience producing high-quality construction documentation and technical detailing
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work alongside multidisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
