We're looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of store development projects across New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to build your project delivery career while working on instore initiatives, format roll outs, new stores, relocations, refurbishments and customer-focused retail environments that make a real impact.

As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving on site. Working closely with Project Managers, contractors, suppliers and operational teams, you'll help coordinate day-to-day activities, monitor progress, solve problems and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You'll be at the heart of project execution, helping turn plans into reality and ensuring projects are successfully delivered.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of store development projects from concept through to handover.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and site activities to keep projects running smoothly.
- Monitoring project progress and escalating risks, issues or delays when required.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, updates and reporting.
- Supporting health, safety and compliance requirements across project sites.
- Assisting with quality assurance, defect management and project handovers.
- Managing budgets and cost efficiencies.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
You're organised, proactive and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. You communicate well, build strong relationships and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting project delivery, site-based operations, construction or fit-out projects.
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or site activities.
- A good understanding of project delivery or fit out processes.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- An understanding of health and safety requirements within a project delivery environment.
- A relevant qualification in, project management, retail fitout or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience within retail environments, store development, fit-out projects or multi-site programmes would be highly regarded. Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 are advantageous but not essential.
