What You'll Be Responsible For

Senior Project Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial, logistics, commercial and/or data centre projects from concept through to completion.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and providing strategic project advice.
  • Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, program, budget and quality.
  • Mentor and support Project Managers and junior team members, fostering high performance and professional development.

Project Delivery

  • Lead project planning, governance and delivery strategies across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration and commercial management activities.
  • Manage architects, engineers, contractors, developers and specialist consultants.
  • Drive design management, risk management and project controls to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of project performance, risks, opportunities and key milestones to clients and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance forums and executive-level decision making.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Maintain accountability for project profitability, forecasting and resource planning.
  • Monitor project budgets, cashflow, variations and commercial performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project outcomes, drive efficiencies and manage risk.
  • Support business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship growth.

Client & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide strategic advice on project feasibility, delivery models, procurement strategies and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with client leadership teams to align projects with broader business objectives.
  • Support the development of delivery roadmaps, funding strategies and portfolio-level planning initiatives.
  • Champion best practice project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years' experience delivering complex construction, industrial, logistics, commercial or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Project Manager, Project Director or equivalent client-side, consultancy or contractor environment.
  • Proven capability managing large-scale projects from business case through to completion.
  • Strong contract administration and commercial management experience.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Property or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to industrial developments, automated facilities, logistics assets or data centre projects is highly regarded.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and client leadership teams.
