Accessible Properties is looking for two organised and professional Senior Property Administrators to join a busy and dynamic team.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
As The Senior Property Administrator, You’ll Provide Administrative Support Through Excellent Customer Service And Process Management. You’ll Assist In Providing Effective Asset Management To Enable Accessible Properties To Deliver And Maintain Warm, Dry, And Safe Quality Homes. You Will Also
- Provide property maintenance triage and administration oversight.
- Undertake void and transition administration.
- Provide budget, financial and reporting support.
- Update and maintain records, systems, and documentation.
- Provide contractor and health & safety administration.
- Manage general administrative support.
This is a busy, permanent full-time role which can be based in Wellington, Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in meaningful work that genuinely makes a difference in your community.

About
The ideal person for this role will be a capable and motivated administrator who genuinely cares about supporting people and making a positive difference. You’ll bring sound administration experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence managing priorities and processes within a busy environment. You will be proactive, have initiative and a genuine love for what you do. You’ll also have:
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to maintain accuracy and focus in busy or time‑critical situations.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems such as Zavanti
- Property, housing, and financial experience is advantageous.
