You'll:

• Lead investigations into product reliability and performance issues
• Turn warranty data, field feedback and technical insights into improvements
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
• Partner with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success teams
• Build reporting and insights that influence product decisions
• Support global teams with complex product investigations
• Help improve the reliability of a globally deployed IoT platform

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in Reliability, Systems, Quality or Field Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Exposure to hardware, electronics, IoT or connected products
• Confidence using technical data to identify trends and opportunities
• The ability to collaborate across multiple technical and operational teams
