Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role

Our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our Christchurch central box lobby front counters and by phone. This role is initially based at Cashel Street but will be moving to a brand new, purpose built site in Moorhouse Avenue in November. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zeland and the world. As an NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.
