TWL Timaru are looking for a Parts Junior on a part-time permanent contract. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting our leading truck and trailer brand while kickstarting your career in the transport industry!

The role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Building customer relations to make our Branch go-to supplier

• Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter

• Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales

• Checking off incoming goods and putting them away

• Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock

To succeed in this role, you will need

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in the automotive industry

• A strong desire to learn and advance in your career

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Proficiency with computer systems

• Previous customer service skills
