We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Customer Specialist to join our friendly team at our Ashburton Advice Centre on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).

As a Customer Specialist, you'll support customers with a wide range of everyday banking needs while helping them get the most out of ASB's digital and self-service solutions. You'll build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and connect them with the right products, services, and advice.

This is a permanent 20-hour per week position. Our branch is open

Monday to Friday, with working days and hours to be discussed during the recruitment process.
