Customer Specialist - Te Rapa Advice Centre

This is a full-time role operating on a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, providing variety in your schedule while supporting our customers when they need us most.

Te tūranga | The role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the face of ASB, supporting customers with a wide range of banking needs and helping them feel confident about their financial future.

Every day brings something different. You'll build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities to help customers achieve their goals, and guide them through our digital and self-service banking solutions.

You'll work across a variety of channels while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You don't need banking experience to be successful in this role. We provide comprehensive training and support. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, learn quickly, and confidently solve problems.
