At Westland Milk Products, part of the global Yili Oceania Business Division, we're looking for a high-calibre Commercial Finance Manager to partner with senior leaders and help shape the future of our business. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine commercial insight, strategic thinking, and financial expertise to drive profitability, growth, and performance across our Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Planning functions.

You'll sit at the heart of key business decisions, providing commercial challenge and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. From evaluating new product opportunities and marketing investments to influencing pricing strategies, capital projects, and long-term planning, you'll play a critical role in shaping business outcomes.

You'll lead a talented Commercial Finance Analyst while partnering closely with executive leaders across the organisation, including Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Finance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing commercial insights that influence major business decisions
• Leading financial analysis, business cases, pricing reviews, and profitability assessments
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives
• Partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and manage risks
• Supporting strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth initiatives
• Championing process improvements, financial governance, and best-practice controls
• Coaching and developing a Commercial Finance Analyst while fostering a high-performance culture

You'll Bring

• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Proven commercial finance leadership experience
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional analytical and financial modelling capability
• The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, or other complex commercial environments is highly regarded but not essential
