This is a hands-on role combining leadership, sales, and operational management, with a strong focus on safety and growth.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Leading a strong safety culture with a focus on zero harm
• Driving branch performance, including full P&L accountability
• Growing sales through customer engagement and business development
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Overseeing branch operations, inventory, and service standards
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

What Makes You Great

• Proven leadership experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business
• Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience)
• Background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries (preferred)
• Passion for safety, customer service, and team development
