Be part of a team that powers communities – supporting daily operations at a Major Hazard Facility (MHF), where you’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of our Bottle Swap Plant.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • You will coordinate plant operations to ensure LPG cylinders are filled and refurbished to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Oversee site safety and compliance, including access control, inductions, and incident response
  • Further, you will support the upkeep of plant equipment, infrastructure, and contractor activities
  • And you will monitor product quality, manage checklists, stocktakes, and reporting processes
  • Foster a supportive, safety-focused team culture that values collaboration, learning, and accountability
  • In this role you will ensure all team members are trained, competent, and supported in their roles, assisting with recruitment and ongoing performance development
  • Contribute to environmental and safety compliance through effective planning and resource management

  • You have experience in a similar operational or facility-based role
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills are required in this role
  • A safety-conscious, proactive approach to problem solving
  • You have a clear and respectful communication, with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to continue learning and growing within a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with LPG products and industry standards is an advantage
