Pricing Operations Specialist

Following a recent exciting internal move, we’re looking for a Pricing Operations Specialsit (Internal Job Title is Pricing Executive) to join our Pricing team, within the broader Category & Revenue Growth Management function, based in Auckland on a permanent, full-time basis.

You’ll manage the systems and processes behind our pricing, ensure changes are implemented accurately, solve issues and look for smarter ways to improve and automate how we work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain pricing across our systems
• Support accurate and timely execution of pricing changes
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement lasting solutions
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes
• Support weekly NPD and pricing administration
• Maintain strong pricing data quality and controls
• Communicate pricing changes with customers and internal stakeholders
• Work across RGM, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Digital & Technology
• Support continuous improvement across pricing systems and processes

What You'll Bring

• Intermediate Excel skills – essential
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confidence working with systems, data and operational processes
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
• Positive energy, curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Power BI and/or Power Automate experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential

You don't need a particular degree or qualification, and we're open to candidates from pricing, commercial operations, systems, sales support or similar backgrounds.
