We are seeking a professional and organised administrator to provide high-quality support across our busy team.

Mō te tūnga | About the role

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, collaborative business support team that provides administrative support across the Office of the Chief Executive, Advocacy and Community Impact functions.

The team works across these areas of the organisation, supporting leaders and staff with the coordination and administration that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll report to the Operations and Administration Coordinator and work alongside them to provide practical, responsive support across the three functions.

It’s a varied environment where you’ll work with different people, teams and priorities, building relationships across the organisation and helping ensure our administrative processes are organised, timely and effective

Skills

The ideal person for this role will be highly organised enjoys variety, works well with detail and takes pride in providing reliable support. You’ll have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, a helpful service approach and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. You’ll also have:

  • Confidence in coordinating logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
  • A collaborative approach to your work.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a professional and positive way.
  • Experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and databases.
