About The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring products consistently meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Working as the dedicated Quality Controller on your shift, you will carry out mechanical testing, pressure testing, dimensional testing, inspections and quality documentation to ensure products meet both customer and company requirements.

This is a hands-on role that involves spending time in the production environment working closely with operators and production teams. You will be responsible for recording inspection and test data, supporting production with quality processes, identifying non-conformances and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

We are also recruiting for Machine Operators on the rotating shifts too. If you have manufacturing experience and are interested in operating automated production machinery, we would also love to hear from you.

The shift pattern operates on a rotational basis, changing each week. This provides exposure to additional training opportunities and Health & Safety initiatives across all shifts.

The Shift Patterns Are

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday 06:00AM - 02:00PM
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 02:00PM - 10:00PM
  • Night Shift: Monday Night - Saturday Morning 10:00PM - 06:00AM

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Previous Quality Control experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience conducting inspections, testing and quality documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate quality issues
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Confident working with production teams and following processes
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • No serious criminal convictions
