As a Commercial Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of commercial customers and play a key role in helping them grow, adapt and succeed. You’ll bring practical banking expertise, smart credit thinking and genuine care to the businesses you support, building trusted relationships, structuring quality lending solutions, and identifying opportunities that make a real difference.

You will be supported by a Commercial Associate and specialist partners, giving you the space to focus on what matters most: meaningful customer conversations, strong portfolio performance, quality growth, and backing Kiwi businesses to be better off.

This role would suit a commercially confident banker who enjoys being out in the market, close to customers, and part of a team that is ambitious, caring and focused on impact. We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

• Proven experience in commercial or business banking relationship management
• Strong credit capability, including risk assessment and complex deal structuring
• Confidence building trusted customer relationships and influencing positive outcomes
• Proactive approach to business development and spotting quality growth opportunities
• Sound judgement across financial analysis, portfolio management and customer conversations
• Commercial acumen, curiosity and a genuine passion for helping Kiwi businesses succeed
