Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As the International Performance and Insights Specialist, you'll support the performance and continuous improvement of NZ Post's international network. Working as part of the International Performance and Supply Chain team, you'll help monitor service performance, develop reporting and dashboards, analyse trends and provide insights that support operational and commercial decision-making.
You'll work closely with colleagues across International Solutions, Operations, Finance, Commercial and Data & Analytics, helping ensure teams have access to accurate information and meaningful performance insights. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to international logistics, postal networks and supply chain operations while contributing to initiatives that improve service performance and customer experience.

You're someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and understanding how processes can be improved. You have a naturally curious mindset and enjoy turning information into practical insights that help teams make informed decisions.
You may already be working in logistics, supply chain, transport, operations, reporting or a similar environment and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience. You'll be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, managing competing priorities and getting into the detail when required.
You'll Combine That With
- Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, operations, reporting or a similar environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and performance insights
- Experience working with reporting, KPIs, dashboards or performance data
- Good Excel skills, with experience using reporting/analytics/data platform tools such as Power BI or Snowflake desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
