Te Tauraki is seeking an accomplished project and programme leader to shape, establish and embed an organisation-wide approach to delivery. This is a high-influence opportunity for an experienced leader who can design robust project frameworks, strengthen organisational capability, navigate complexity and bring people together across multiple workstreams. The Strategic Delivery Lead will help Te Tauraki deliver with confidence, accountability and excellence, and ultimately prepare us for our next phase as an organisation.

What We Are Looking For

  • A proven senior leader with significant experience delivering complex projects, programmes or strategic transformation across multiple workstreams.
  • Credible influencer who can work confidently with various stakeholders to align priorities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and drive accountability.
  • A strategic systems thinker who can establish governance, assurance, reporting and delivery frameworks that are practical, robust and sustainable.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including confidence contract performance, risk and benefit realisation.
  • A relationship-centred operator with high cultural intelligence, sound judgement and can commitment to kaupapa Māori, Te Tiriti and improved whānau outcomes.
  • Someone who is calm in complexity, comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivate to lift organisational performance through others.
