We're looking for reliable, adaptable and customer-focused Casual Rentals Operations Support team members to join our Auckland Rentals team. About The Role
As a Casual Rentals Operations Support team member, you'll provide support across our Rentals operation, helping wherever demand is greatest on the day. You may work in our warehouse, cleaning and preparing equipment, supporting inventory activities, or out in the field delivering and collecting equipment from customers' homes and healthcare facilities.
You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality equipment and excellent service when they need it most.
Your responsibilities may include
- Cleaning, disinfecting and preparing rental equipment for use
- Operating cleaning equipment and following infection control procedures
- Picking, packing and allocating stock
- Assisting with inventory and warehouse activities
- Performing quality checks on equipment
- Delivering, installing and collecting equipment from customers' homes throughout Auckland
- Providing basic instruction on the safe use of equipment
- Supporting the wider rentals team as operational requirements change
About You
We're looking for people who are dependable, practical, enjoy helping others and take pride in doing a great job.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A full New Zealand driver's licence
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and move equipment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability, including availability on short notice when required
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
It would be great if you also have:
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- Delivery driving experience
- A forklift licence
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, aged care or disability services
- Good knowledge of Auckland and surrounding areas
- Experience working in customer-focused environments
