Senior Podcast Producer

We’re looking for a Senior Podcast Producer to help share the stories and yarns from Jay & Dunc in all their unfiltered, uncensored glory. It’s NOT FOR RADIO.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows great content when they hear it — and knows exactly what to do with it. You’ll own the day-to-day production of NOT FOR RADIO across podcast, video, social and community, while helping grow its audience and commercial potential.

You’ll work closely with Jay & Dunc, Content Podcast Manager and the wider rova Studio team to keep the show entertaining, organised and always moving forward.

What You'll Get Stuck Into

Reporting into Content Podcast Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end production of NOT FOR RADIO — from ideas and run-sheets through to editing, publishing and performance reporting.

• Run studio records, keeping things on track, on time and moving at the right pace.
• Develop episode ideas, segments, guest opportunities and listener-driven content.
• Find the gold in the Sniper’s Nightmare community, DMs, comments and listener submissions — and turn it into great content.
• Source, book and brief guests, managing the experience from first contact to studio.
• Edit and produce high-volume, platform-native video for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Create compelling titles, thumbnails, captions, graphics and other assets that make people want to click.
• Use data and audience insights to understand what’s working and where there’s opportunity to grow.
• Keep commercial commitments, live reads, integrations and sponsor deliverables on track and true to the NOT FOR RADIO tone.
• Work with sales and content teams to develop creative commercial and partnership opportunities.
• Look for smarter ways to work, including AI, automated transcription, clipping and emerging production tools.

What You'll Bring

You’re an experienced producer who can make great content and make things happen. You’re organised enough to keep 20 things moving, creative enough to find the 21st thing no one else has spotted, and confident enough to work with big personalities.

• Proven experience in podcast, video, digital or multimedia production.
• Strong editing skills across audio and video — Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Descript, Audition or similar.
• A sharp understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook and what makes content work on each.
• A great ear and eye for finding a compelling story, joke, characters or moment and turning it into something that deserves a life beyond the episode.
• Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving creative environment.
• An understanding of branded content, sponsorships and commercial delivery.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in.
