What you'll do

As an After-Sales Engineer, you'll be a critical technical resource and long-term strategic partner for our customers. You will work closely with clients to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, repair, inspection, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of our equipment. Your expertise will help customers maximize the value of Reemoon's solutions while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, routine inspections, and servicing of company-supplied equipment.

• Install new equipment, complete commissioning and acceptance, and provide on-site operational training to customers.

• Provide on-site technical support for major company projects.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment issues.

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to monitor equipment performance and address after-sales service requirements.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Previous experience as an After-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical service role.

• Extensive experience with automated production lines, particularly fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, or logistics automation systems.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive, customer-focused problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to customer sites according to business requirements.

• Available to work full-time without restrictions.
