The Doctors Bayfair and The Doctors Papamoa are looking for a passionate GP Lead to join our supportive and friendly team. We are a lovely group practice, across two sites, with a loyal and long standing patient population. Our practices are Cornerstone teaching practices and offers a supportive environment. We are looking for someone who can champion equity, bring clinical excellence, has proven quality improvement experience and has great ideas for clinically effective and efficient ways of working. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and will be sitting at the leadership table. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical and communication skills. This role will be supported by our dedicated team of administration, nurses, GPs.

About the position and you
You will bring to the role:
- Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
- Hold FRNZCGP and Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
This is a permanent position preferably 8 sessions per week.
