Our client is a leading New Zealand consumer goods organisation with a significant national footprint and a portfolio of well-recognised household brands. They are currently undertaking a reporting transformation initiative to enhance business insights and decision-making across key commercial functions.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

You will play a key role in enhancing and modernising existing Power BI reporting solutions, working alongside business stakeholders and data teams to:

• Reconnect and refresh existing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) reporting.
• Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Build and enhance Power BI data models.
• Consolidate multiple reporting sources into a single reporting framework.
• Validate and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support stakeholder workshops, reviews, and prototype demonstrations.
• Perform data reconciliation and reporting QA activities.
• Assist with UAT, defect resolution, and final handover activities.

• Strong commercial experience developing solutions in Power BI.
• Advanced skills across DAX, data modelling, and report optimisation.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and reconciling complex datasets.
• Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience working in agile project environments and delivering within tight timeframes.

Duration: 3-month contract

Availability: Must be available to start immediately

Location: Auckland based
