Archway Recruitment is working on behalf of a small but busy architectural and development focused practice with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout New Zealand.

Comprised of a small team of experienced architects and designers, the studio delivers innovative design solutions backed by strong commercial understanding. Their diverse portfolio includes townhouse developments, commercial buildings, retail, hospitality, resort, and mixed-use projects.

The studio operates in a fast-paced environment where quality of design is paramount. Their work is known for its high standards, thoughtful design solutions, and practical understanding of the development process.

The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an Architectural Graduate to join this Auckland based practice on an initial 2-3 month contract, with the potential for extension as project workload continues to increase.

This role will suit a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a highly active practice where exposure to a broad range of project types is guaranteed. Working closely with senior team members, you'll contribute across design development, documentation, and project coordination while gaining valuable insight into both architectural design and the commercial realities of development.

You'll be working primarily in Revit and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to live projects from day one.

Role Requirements

• Master of Architecture (MArch or equivalent)
• Passion for architecture and the built environment
• Revit exposure or knowledge preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
