Sales Consultant (Mandarin Speaking) - Whakapitu Visitor Centres

Are you a confident communicator fluent in both English and Mandarin? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Queenstown Visitor Centre team and help connect our guests with unforgettable RealNZ experiences.

As a key member of our front-line team, you'll use your bilingual skills to engage with a diverse range of visitors, particularly our Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and inspired to explore the best of what we offer.

In this role, you'll engage with guests in both English and Mandarin to understand their needs and recommend the ideal RealNZ experiences and accommodation options. You'll confidently manage reservations, ensuring every detail is accurate and seamless. With your passion and expert knowledge, you'll maximise sales opportunities by promoting our 'must-do' experiences. You'll also support daily operations by coordinating passenger manifests, ticketing, and itineraries for our Coach, TSS Earnslaw, and Rafting experiences. Above all, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, responding to general enquiries and sharing valuable local insights to enhance each guest's journey.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
• A confident, engaging communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Queenstown and Fiordland regions is a plus.
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
