Senior ADMS Control Systems Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior ADMS Control Systems Engineer to support and enhance the critical systems that keep our network running. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our ADMS, SCADA, OMS, communications, and other operational control systems while ensuring high system availability and performance.

This is a senior technical role with leadership responsibilities, where you'll mentor team members, coordinate priorities, provide support for complex system issues, and deputise for the Control Systems Manager when required. You'll work closely with operational, engineering, digital, and vendor teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions across our network.

About You

You'll have strong experience in ADMS, SCADA, Operational Technology (OT), or control systems within the electricity, utilities, or industrial sectors.

• Relevant engineering or IT qualifications, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience supporting critical operational systems and control room environments.
• Knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, communications networks, and electricity distribution systems.
• Experience with Oracle databases, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and team coordination.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
